Flux reimagines Watson’s Hotel as a dynamic, adaptive space that transitions between co-working offices by day and a vibrant marketplace, public plaza, and cultural hub by night. Inspired by Mumbai’s urban and climatic flux, the intervention integrates flexible spatial systems to respond to changing functions, seasons, and user interactions. By merging future-ready retail, hospitality, and social activation, Flux transforms heritage into an evolving urban experience, redefining how spaces adapt to time, climate, and community needs.
