ABOUT
I am an architect with a practice shaped by an evolving dialogue between materiality, heritage, technology, and spatial experience. My trajectory has been defined by a conscious pursuit of range — engaging with architectural firms on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, while also grounding my practice in heritage-led documentation and urban storytelling.
In 2020, I founded Maarg, an initiative aimed at rethinking conventional architectural visualisation through Augmented Reality — positioned at the intersection of design and emerging media. Recognised among India’s top XR startups by Meta and MeitY and supported by institutions including IIM Bangalore and GUSEC, Maarg reflects a sustained interest in expanding architectural representation beyond static formats.
Earlier in my career, I collaborated with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation to lead public heritage walks, reinterpreting the old city’s architectural language for contemporary audiences. My work spans scales and contexts — from on-site execution and design development to immersive interpretive frameworks.
Currently, my academic research focuses on tectonics as a communicative and conceptual tool — understanding construction not merely as technique, but as a medium of spatial and cultural expression. Through this integrated approach, I continue to explore architecture as both a practice and a form of inquiry — one that situates design within larger narratives of place, time, and transformation.

Architecture Portfolio
My work is rooted in an exploration of tectonic systems, material intelligence, and adaptive spatial design, integrating research and practice to shape meaningful built environments. With experience across residential, commercial, and institutional projects, I approach architecture as a synthesis of structural logic, material expression, and spatial experience. My expertise extends to high-rise facade systems, adaptive reuse strategies, and transit-oriented public spaces, where I investigate the intersection of form, function, and contextual responsiveness.
Research & Exploration
My research interrogates historical housing typologies, urban spatial transformations, and the evolving role of digital visualization in architectural discourse. I have contributed to the documentation of Ahmedabad’s historic pol houses, tracing their spatial configurations and socio-cultural relevance, and I am currently engaged in mapping the remnants of mill worker housing (1933-1939) to analyze its impact on the city’s urban fabric. As part of my academic engagement, I actively contribute to research and library assistantships at CEPT University, refining methodologies of archival analysis, spatial mapping, and material histories in contemporary architectural inquiry.
Direction towards Entrepreneurship
As the founder of Maarg, I am exploring the potential of Augmented Reality (AR) in architectural visualization, seeking to disrupt conventional representational methods and bridge the gap between digital simulation and built form. My work examines how fabrication techniques, computational tools, and emerging technologies can inform and enhance architectural communication. Recognized through grants and incubations from GUSEC and NSRCEL IIM Bangalore (Women Startup Program), this initiative underscores my commitment to rethinking how architects and designers engage with visualization, construction, and spatial narratives.
Visual Communication
This platform serves as a repository of my design explorations, research investigations, and theoretical inquiries, reflecting an ongoing dialogue between architectural practice, material systems, and technological advancements. My work navigates the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and computational methodologies, emphasizing a research-led, materially responsive, and critically engaged approach to design. Through this, I aim to contribute to the evolving discourse on architecture as a synthesis of history, material intelligence, and digital innovation.
